Refund policy

Items that are personalized are NOT able to be returned or exchanged. NO EXCEPTIONS. 

If there is an issue with your order that is due to an error on my end (incorrect item or defected item), please contact me within 48 hours of receiving the item WITH PHOTOS so I can make it right! 

The Peppy Penguin is not responsible for improper care, sizing issues, or personalization the customer input incorrectly. Please double check to make sure all spelling and other information is correct before ordering.
